Applicant must be a Muslim who is 18 years of age or older.
Applicant must be a resident of the Washington D.C Metro Area.
Applicant must enclose a copy of valid photo identification.
In the event of change of address, member will notify BIC with new address within 30 day.
Applicant agrees to abide by the constitution of BIC.
Bic is non-profit organization and free from all kinds of political activities (i.e., Political Lecture, Political Gathering, etc).
Applicant by signing the application agrees to release BIC, its Directors, Officers, Employees, and Agents from any claims, demand of action applicant may have against BIC as a reslt of omission, rejection, suspension, or termination of applicant's membership.
